Wet wipes were originally invented in the United States.
American Arthur Julius is regarded as the inventor of wet wipes. He applied his experience in the cosmetics industry and began designing and improving production machines in 1957, when wet wipes were mainly used as makeup cotton. Later, Nice Pak Product was established. In 1960, the first wet towel was born at the National Restaurant Exhibition in Chicago. In 1963, it was provided to KFC for use, and wipes entered people's lives.
